Your tip for today is this: When I am greasing a pan I simply slip on a plastic sandwich bag and scoop out some grease and do my greasing that way, my hand stays clean and I toss the bag in the garbage SIMPLE.

Good tip! I always get a paper towel and wad it up and scoop the shortening out with it and use to smear on the pan.
My mom used to do it that way,(with the paper towel) I got a little more creative.
